POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Charter Sales Manager to develop new business opportunities, manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth within the Vietnam market.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the complete charter sales process from initial enquiry through flight completion while working closely with customers, airline partners and international colleagues to deliver tailored charter solutions.
This position is ideal for a motivated professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced international environment and is capable of independently developing and managing commercial opportunities.
The successful candidate is expected to actively generate new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, customer visits and
business development activities rather than relying solely on existing accounts.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding, logistics, project cargo, manufacturing, oil & gas, automotive and aviation sectors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across target accounts.
• Conduct customer visits, presentations, networking activities and business development meetings.
• Promote AVRIC Aviation's charter solutions and capabilities within the marketplace.
• Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences and networking functions.
Sales & Revenue Generation
• Manage the complete charter sales cycle from initial enquiry to successful flight completion.
• Develop and present competitive and commercially viable charter solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Prepare and negotiate charter quotations and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate with airline operators and suppliers to secure aircraft availability and competitive pricing.
• Negotiate commercial terms with customers and suppliers.
• Achieve agreed sales and profitability objectives.
Account Management
• Develop and manage long-term relationships with key customers.
• Maintain regular contact with customers to identify repeat and new business opportunities.
• Ensure a high level of customer service and responsiveness.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of customer requirements and market developments.
Market Intelligence
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, aircraft availability and customer requirements.
• Identify emerging opportunities within Vietnam's logistics and transportation sectors.
• Provide market intelligence and commercial recommendations to management.
Internal Coordination
• Work closely with airline partners, suppliers and overseas offices to ensure successful execution of charter projects.
• Maintain accurate records of opportunities, quotations, customer interactions and commercial activities within the CRM system.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and reporting requirements.
