Develop and maintain professionally the assortment to serve Premium HoReCa customers, focusing on western styles (including wine)
Work on results, analyze deviation between budget and actual situation, if necessary, make action plans and follow up
Through a professional customer approach achieving the criteria of building a category which is the market preferred choice by the targeted customers.
To give monthly product introduction through joint activity of SF team and target customers
To supervise and support the activities with the SF team in order to guarantee a deep understanding of related product's knowledge.
To feed-back to CM/OM team about important market observation, trends or needs in order to contribute to building the best assortment with the best offer on the market.
Yêu cầu
Confirmed background and strong understanding of Premium HRC customers, especially on Western style
Strong focus on customer needs and result orientation. Highly motivated for customer approach
Pro-efficient English
Accountable, take initiatives and can work under pressure.
Cross functional management skills
Good organization and management skills
