Mô tả công việc
[1] Accounting and Taxation
• Organize tax invoices and input data into accounting system
• Prepare monthly P&L reports, expense analysis, and closing
• Handle payroll, social insurance, and employee contract entries
• Coordinate with external accountants and auditors
• Manage all required financial documentation for corporate use
[2] Financing
• Plan corporate budget and prepare daily cash reports
• Analyze performance and prepare reports for the director
• Monitor investment or external fund usage
• Manage bank accounts, transfers, and currency exchange

Purchasing and Contract Management
• Document client/franchise contracts and supply conditions
• Draft and track execution of contractual terms
• Procure food materials, packaging, and operating equipment
Yêu cầu
• Degree in Accounting, Tax, Business, or Logistics-related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and procurement
• Understanding of Vietnamese accounting and tax standards
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting systems (e.g., MISA)
• Upper-intermediate level of English or higher
• Accuracy and responsibility in handling documentation and data
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in F&B sector accounting and purchasing
• ERP or supply chain management system experience
• Strong communication skills with multiple suppliers
• Experience preparing financial reports for headquarters
