Mô tả công việc

Guide and manage the work of accounting staff:
- Following petty cash transactions task
- Follow up Cash/Bank, weekly/monthly update
- Following task of booking daily transaction into accounting software
- Follow up checking and issue E-invoice to customers; record and follow payment from supplier and customer
- Follow up working with bank and arranging payment to suppliers
- Follow the supporting Sales to chasing payment from customer/supplier
- Follow up doing report to track monthly orders and declare monthly input VAT output VAT
- Follow up calculating personal income tax payment every month and annual personal income tax finalization.
- Follow up Sales commission- Receiving data from internal accountants to process and fully and accurately record accounting books in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and regulations of the tax authorities.
Record accounting books in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards and regulations of the tax authorities.
Preparing PIT and VAT reports, reports on the use of invoices (quarterly), PIT finalization, CIT, financial statements (annual).
Preparing monthly P&L report and other reports for Director
Registering PIT codes for employees.
Pay taxes (licenses, personal income, corporate income) in accordance with tax regulations.
Printing, signing and storing all accounting documents: receipts, payment slips, other professional documents related to tax accounting books.
Communicating and providing data to Auditors (once a year), Tax officers (when arising).
Regularly update tax policies for related departments (Business, Purchasing). Advise the Board of Directors on policies related to tax and business activities in Vietnam.
Perform other irregular tasks at the request of the Board of Directors of the Company.

Yêu cầu

Graduated: University majoring in Accounting - Economics, Finance.
Having at least 03 years of experience in the field of General Accounting, Tax Accounting, having participated in tax finalization.
Fluently use office computer, apply it to the assigned work.
Understanding of the laws, regulations and policies of the State in the field of finance - accounting.
Must possess good spoken and written English (communicate with managers in Singapore).
