Oversee all accounting operations, ensure compliance with laws and standards, and provide accurate financial reports to support management decisions.
Key Job Duties

1. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
2.Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and company policies
3.Supervise bookkeeping, general ledger, and accounting entries
4.Support budget preparation, monitor expenses, and manage cost efficiency
5.Work with auditors, strengthen internal controls and risk management
6.Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and payable
7.Lead and train accounting staff, assign tasks and review performance
8.Provide financial insights and advice to support decision-making
