Job summary:
Manage all accounting and finance activities of the Ha Noi Branch, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and alignment with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
Take charge of daily accounting and finance activities at the branch;
Prepare financial statements in accordance with VAS and IFRS, as well as tax and management reports;
Liaise with auditors and external parties (banks, tax authorities, etc.);
Handle tax inspections and VAT refund procedures with tax authorities;
Ensure strict compliance with policies and procedures set by Danang RHQ for internal control purposes;
Manage recruitment, task allocation, and supervision of the team;
Coordinate with Danang RHQ on consolidated reports as required by Headquarters in Korea;
Perform other tasks as assigned by the CFO.
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting;
Chief Accountant certificate is required;
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within an FDI company or large corporation;
Strong knowledge of IFRS;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel);
Experience with SAP is preferred;
Experience in tax inspections and VAT procedures is an advantage;
Good command of English (both written and spoken).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage deadlines and workload effectively
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
