Chief Financial Officer

Main Duties:
The Chief Finance Officer (CFO) is a core member of the executive leadership team, responsible for shaping the company's financial strategy, capital structure, and governance to support sustainable growth, scalability, and long-term enterprise value.
The CFO acts as a strategic partner to the CEO and Board of Directors, ensuring financial discipline, risk resilience, and capital efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities:
1. Financial Strategy & Business Partnership
• Define and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with corporate objectives and growth priorities.
• Partner with the CEO and senior leaders on business planning, investment decisions, unit economics, and performance trade-offs.
• Translate business strategy into financial plans, KPIs, and capital allocation frameworks.
2. Capital Structure, Fundraising & Investor Relations
• Design and optimize capital structure to support liquidity, growth, and long-term value creation.
• Lead fundraising activities together with the CEO, including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and investor communications.
• Own board-level financial reporting and investor relations.
3. Financial Planning, Performance & Controls
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and management reporting (MIS).
• Establish clear financial visibility and performance discipline across functions and business units.
• Ensure robustness of financial controls, policies, and reporting standards.
4. Governance, Risk & Compliance
• Lead financial governance, internal control systems, and enterprise risk management.
• Ensure full compliance with accounting standards (VAS), tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Proactively identify and mitigate financial and operational risks.
5. Accounting, Treasury & Cash Management
• Oversee accounting, treasury, cash flow management, and statutory reporting.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial information.
• Safeguard the company's financial position and liquidity.
6. Leadership & Finance Organization
• Build and lead a high-performing Finance organization with strong leadership depth.
• Develop senior finance talent and succession plans.
• Foster a culture of accountability, integrity, and business ownership.
