1. Position Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is the operational leader responsible for managing BSquare's entire delivery system.
This role ensures that projects captured by the Sales organization are successfully converted into profitable, high-quality project deliveries.
The COO leads and integrates all operational functions including:
• Design Integration
• Quantity Surveying (Commercial Control)
• Procurement & Supply Chain
• Project Management & Installation Coordination
The COO ensures that every project delivered by BSquare meets three critical objectives:
• On schedule
• Within budget
• To required quality standards
2. Strategic Role in the Organization
Within BSquare's operating architecture, the COO is responsible for converting business opportunities into successfully delivered projects.
Leadership responsibilities across the company architecture:
CEO / BOD
• Strategic relationships with
developers and investors
• Market positioning
Sales Organization
• Project capture and pipeline development
• Developer and architect relationships
COO
• Operational execution of all projects
• Coordination of internal functions
• Project delivery performance and margin protection
The COO serves as the central integrator across all operational teams to ensure seamless execution.
3. Key Responsibilities
Operational Leadership
• Lead and manage all operational departments including Design, QS, Procurement, and Project Management teams.
• Ensure effective coordination across all functions involved in project delivery.
Project Lifecycle Management
• Oversee the complete project lifecycle:
Project Intelligence → Opportunity Development → Proposal → Contract → Design Integration → Procurement → Installation → Project Delivery.
Project Delivery Governance
• Ensure all projects meet schedule, cost, and quality targets.
• Monitor progress across all active projects and resolve operational issues promptly.
Commercial Oversight
• Work closely with the QS team to ensure:
- accurate project costing
- margin protection
- variation management
- final account closure.
Procurement & Supply Chain Management
• Supervise procurement operations to ensure timely sourcing of materials and coordination with suppliers.
• Align procurement schedules with project timelines.
Cross-Team Coordination
• Ensure smooth collaboration between:
Sales → Design → QS → Procurement → Project Management.
Operational Reporting
• Provide regular reports to the CEO / Board regarding:
- pipeline readiness
- project status
- cost performance
- operational risks.
4. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Engineering, Interior Design, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
• Candidates are not strictly required to hold a technical degree if they have significant leadership experience in the interior fit-out, construction, or design & build industries.
• MBA or postgraduate business education is an advantage.
5. Experience Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior management role equivalent to C-level (COO / Operations Director / Project Director / Construction Director).
• Candidates should preferably come from one of the following industries:
• Interior Fit-Out
• Interior Design & Build
• Construction / Project Management
• Architectural Consultancy
• Experience working with real estate developers or large project clients is highly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional operational teams.
6. Language & Communication Skills
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) for professional communication with international partners and suppliers.
• Chinese language ability is a strong advantage, particularly for coordination with international design, product, and supply chain partners.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with developers, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.

Competitive executive compensation package including:
• Base Salary: 80 - 110 million VND per month depending on experience.

• Total potential annual income: 1.5 - 2.0 billion VND depending on company and project performance.
