Mô tả công việc
A. Payroll:
Record employee information, such as exemptions, transfers, and resignations, in order to maintain and update payroll records.
Issue and record adjustments to pay related to previous errors or retroactive increases.
Compile employee time, production, and payroll data from time sheets and other records.
Review time sheets, work charts, wage computation, and other information in order to detect and reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Provide information to employees and managers on payroll matters, tax issues, benefit plans, and collective agreement provisions.
Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records. Distribute and collect time sheets each pay period.
B. Insurance:
Follow the sickness leave, maternity [protected info] do the payment procedure of social allowance.
Prepare reports on Social Insurances, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance of employees.
Register SI and get HI cards for new employees every month and expired ones on a quarterly basis; new social insurance booklet for employees.
C. PIT:
Keep informed about changes in tax and deduction laws that apply to the payroll process.
Issue relevant documents/ invoice for employee PIT finalization
D. Documentation & reports:
Complete, verify, and process forms and documentation for administration of benefits such as pension plans, unemployment, medical insurance, scholarship, performance bonus ....
Prepare and balance period-end reports, and reconcile issued payrolls to bank statements.
Compile statistical reports, statements, and summaries related to pay and benefits accounts, and submit them to appropriate departments.
Handle other Labor reports/ registration with Labor Department.
E. Resignation cases:
Follow up and implement the resignation process & procedures
Receive the employees' termination from departments.
Announce to the employees and implementing all necessary documents and actions to pay employees' remaining benefits.
Solve employees' complains or queries.
Prepare employment contracts and termination notices for sales staff in accordance with Vietnam Labor law.
The other tasks will be assigned by HRM if any.
Yêu cầu
At least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Accounting/ Auditing.
Required language English.
At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably experienced employees specializing in Human Resources or equivalent job role in Payroll Accountant or Compensation & Benefits.
