Job Description
Appraise, supervise, check, control the implementation of HR jobs at properties located in the in - charged area (average 4 - 5 properties);
Risk identification and assessment in HR management, and participate in evaluation process for the implementation of hotel management agreement;
To be the connection between owner and hotel management, ensure hotel management well understands about Sun Group as well as Sun Group's culture, and understand the employee to advise the BOD about HR/culture activities
Being the focal point to transmit HR instructions/decisions/policies between Sun Group/Sun Hospitality Group and management of the properties;
Coordinate with Hotel management/ GM to implement HR activities at new projects and support recruitment activity during preopening time following BOD's direction.
Requirements
Bachelor degree or above
Have general HR knowledge which is equivalent to HRM level or above.
Professional skill regarding HR Management (Organization development, HR planning, Recruitment & Training, C&B and employee relation).
At least 5 - year experience in HR management. Candidate with hospitality industry experiences is highly preferred.
Fluent English (4 skills)
Effective communication skill; well build up relationship, good problem - solving skill
Ability: working under high pressure, attention to details, judgement, thoroughly consider, creative, etc.
