DSV SOLUTIONS IS RECRUITING FOR 01 WAREHOUSE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Working location: Nhà máy Shell Việt Nam, lô 2 KCN Gò Dầu, xã Phước Thái, huyện Long Thành, tỉnh Đồng Nai
JOB REQUIREMENT
MS Office skills.
English reading and listening.
Customer-focused mindset.
Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, inventory management.
WMS/ SAP knowledge is a plus.
Functional know-how in logistics including overall understanding of business processes and independencies
JOB DESCRIPTION
A warehouse customer service representative plays a crucial role in ensuring smooth warehouse operations and providing excellent customer service to clients. They act as a liaison between the warehouse and customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Operations
Collaborate closely with customer/ relevant parties to ensure efficient and effective customer service.
Communicate order updates, shipment details, and any potential delays or issues to customers.
Conduct operations in line with agreed SOPs, work instructions.
Supervise and coordinate inbound/outbound activities in warehouse.
Input data accurately and prepare related documents for the shipment/order and complete all necessary records and reports in time.
Ensure jobs are effectively assigned and properly completed based on arranged schedule.
Optimize operations cost and improve customer service satisfaction by identifying area of improvement and implementinng enhancements, best practices.
Respond to customer's emails and handle complaints in system (RECAP) in a timely manner
Perform billing and costing tasks via sending debit notes, required documents, etc
Assist warehouse supervisor and warehouse manager in others tasks.
Ensure individual and warehouse KPIs are being achieved.
Subcontractor Management
Ensure that the KPIs are being achieved.
Maintain relationship with subcontractors.
Quality, Health, Safety & Environment
Assist in maintaining the security in the warehouse.
Perform assigned tasks to support DSV meets its objectives, Comply with the QHSE policy and company regulations.
