The Senior HR Generalist is a pivotal role supporting both Human Resources Operations (70%) and Office Administration (30%). This position ensures BYFAS upholds a luxury-standard people experience across recruitment, training, performance systems, and day-to-day organizational coordination.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the Senior HR Generalist acts as a trusted advisor, culture ambassador, and operational anchor within a boutique high-performance environment.
Key Responsibilities
A. Talent Acquisition
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for luxury retail positions, including Sales Consultants and Guest Advisors.
• Recruit for Brand, Marketing, Creative, and Production teams (tailors, artisans, technical specialists).
• Source and assess supervisory and managerial roles with a premium-service mindset.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines through industry networks, hospitality schools, fashion institutions, and artisan communities.
• Ensure all hiring processes reflect BYFAS' couture standards and client-centric philosophy.
B. Training & Culture
• Design, coordinate, and deliver internal training programs (service excellence, brand culture, grooming, client journey).
• Build partnerships with luxury, hospitality, and service-training partners to elevate learning programs.
• Support leadership with coaching initiatives and departmental capability development.
• Help strengthen BYFAS' cultural ecosystem through engagement activities, values communication, and brand rituals.
C. HR Operations & Performance Systems
• Manage day-to-day HR operations: contracts, onboarding, documentation, compliance, employee records.
• Support the implementation and operation of the 3P Salary Model (Position - Person - Performance).
• Assist departments in building KPIs and performance evaluation structures.
• Contribute to competency models for retail, creative, and production teams.
• Maintain HR policy frameworks aligned with luxury service standards and internal governance.
D. Office Administration & Executive Support
• Provide administrative support to the CEO: scheduling, correspondence, coordination, and document preparation.
• Oversee office operations, meeting arrangements, visitor reception, and vendor communication.
• Ensure all administrative processes reflect BYFAS' refined, boutique, and discreet working environment.
• Support internal communications, cross-department coordination, and office asset organization.
Yêu cầu
Required
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related fields.
• 4-7 years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience in luxury retail, fashion, boutique hospitality, or premium service sectors.
• Proven expertise in recruitment for both frontline and functional roles.
• Experience delivering training or coordinating L&D programs.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor regulations, and performance-management processes.
• Professional communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
Preferred
• Experience with 3P salary models, competency frameworks, or KPI system design.
• Background working with artisans, creative teams, or luxury retail stores.
• Certification in HR, L&D, or service excellence training.
