Payroll Management:
Prepare and verify payroll data, including earnings, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Ensure payroll compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries and wages
Benefits Administration:
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness programs, and other company-sponsored benefits.
Ensure all benefits are provided in compliance with company policies and relevant laws and regulations.
Handle benefits enrollment, changes, and terminations in a timely and accurate manner.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations related to payroll, compensation, and benefits.
Prepare and file necessary reports and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory changes affecting payroll and benefits.
Data Management and Accuracy:
Maintain accurate records of employee compensation and benefits in the HRIS (Cadena) and payroll systems.
Conduct regular audits of payroll and benefits data to ensure accuracy and integrity.
Generate reports and provide data analysis to support decision making and strategic planning.
Employee Communication and Support:
Provide support and guidance to employees regarding payroll and benefits queries.
Conduct information sessions and orientations to explain compensation and benefits programs.
Handle escalated issues related to payroll discrepancies and benefits concerns.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements in payroll and benefits administration.
Stay current with industry trends and best practices in compensation and benefits management.
Yêu cầu
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
Knowledge / Skills:
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
