The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for end-to-end recruitment at Fundiin, with a focus on sales roles (including mass field sales hiring) and back-office positions.

Accountabilities
Talent Sourcing & Market Mapping
Plan and execute end-to-end hiring campaigns for field sales teams (mass) and back-office positions.
Build talent pipelines, support mass hiring strategies for sales expansion, including job boards, social media, referrals, and on-ground field recruitment
Maintain updated talent maps for critical roles and locations.
Recruitment Operations
Screen CVs, conduct structured interviews, and manage selection processes.
Coordinate interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding with hiring managers and HR ops.
Guide hiring managers on competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
Yêu cầu
Qualification & Experiences
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
2+ years' recruitment experience, ideally in sales/field sales and back-office hiring.
Strong sourcing skills and proven track record in high-volume recruitment.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
