Check dishwashing machines thoroughly on a daily basis to see if detergents need to be replenished.
Send all soiled towels to the laundry and ensure they are dried.
Assist in polishing silver and copperware.
Keep the work area clean, tidy, and dry at all times.
Wash dishes as requested by the Steward Supervisor, especially during Banquet events.
Ensure water in the dishwashing machine is maintained at a constant level/temperature and changed once every 2 hours.
Observe correct procedures when handling machinery, including wearing rubber gloves, an apron, and a hairnet during operation.
Ensure a decoy system is set up before soiled dishes arrive from outlets, and prepare a soaked cutlery container with detergent in advance.
Report any damaged, faulty, or misused equipment/machinery promptly to the Steward Supervisor.

Yêu cầu
Relevant educational background, vocational training, academic degree, or professional
qualification applicable to the position and commensurate with the position level
Relevant experience in a similar position and/or within a similar scale of operation, commensurate
with the position level.
Good knowledge of relevant SOPs, operational standards, health & safety requirements, and
workplace regulations.
Good communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
Strong commitment to service excellence and professional standards.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Relevant professional certifications and English proficiency are advantages, depending on the
position.
