Field-force System & Platform Leadership: Manage digital platform, which is company's B2B e-commerce portal for healthcare products. This will include:
- Strategies for organizing promotional activities to increase user engagement.
- Procedures for communicating new system functionalities and conducting customer training.
- The process for creating marketing materials like banners and pop-ups.
- The protocol for coordinating with the technical team to resolve system issues.
E-Contract System Administration:
- The process for user training and support.
- System maintenance and follow-up procedures.
- Coordination with the vendor for issue resolution and system enhancements.
Key Measurements for Success:
Field-force System & Platform Metrics:
- The percentage increase in the user adoption rate.
- User engagement metrics, such as daily/monthly active users and session duration.
- Define success metrics for promotional activities, like participation rates and return on investment.
- Customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) related to training and support.
E-Contract System Metrics:
- System performance, such as uptime and issue resolution time.
- User satisfaction and adoption rates for the new system.
- Operational efficiency gains, such as a reduction in contract processing time or error rates.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in system management, platform administration, or equivalent roles.
- Strong hands-on experience in managing and optimizing system automation processes.
- Solid data analytical skills with the ability to interpret platform metrics and drive data-backed decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with a track record of collaborating effectively across diverse teams.
- Prior experience working within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Familiarity or direct experience with B2B e-commerce platforms and digital portals.
- Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in managing contract management systems (E-Contract platforms).
- Strong System Management: Ability to oversee, maintain, and enhance digital platforms and systems effectively.
- Excellent Communication & Training: Capable of conveying complex system functionalities and conducting training for diverse user groups.
- Outstanding Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage projects, and coordinate multiple system activities simultaneously.
- Robust Problem-Solving: Analytical mindset to troubleshoot issues, coordinate technical solutions, and optimize operational workflows.
- Active Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with technical teams, vendors, and business partners.
- High Adaptability: Flexibly adjusting to technological changes, system enhancements, and evolving business requirements.
