Mô tả công việc
1. Oversee the operation of Franchise (Equity Store, Franchise Sales, Horeca Sales)
- Conduct strategic and operational planning for the business development shop system, ensure that the system develops and operates effectively according to the company's business orientation.
- Take full responsibility for the business performance of domestic as well as global shop system.
- Search for premises to expand coffee business chain based on the model and development strategy for the store chains.
- Plan and organize the implementation of Franchise system, including setting up Franchise cooperation model and managing the development and evaluation of potential franchise partners.
- Develop Franchise strategy and roadmap for partners according to the Company's orientation.
- Plan and develop business expansion strategies of key sales channels; operate business activities of all key channels nationwide, ensure maximum efficiency.
- Plan and implement promotional activities for Horeca channel.
- Implement the business plan by developing action plans.
- Exploit potential customers with good sales: restaurants, hotels, coffee shops...
- Ensure sales revenue from Horeca channel meets monthly/quarterly/yearly KPIs (sales bonus, new customer exploitation target)
2. Oversee domestic sales activities (GT & MT)
- Conduct strategic planning and implement sales business plans nationwide, according to assigned targets.
- Development of the sales network nationwide: distributors, agents ... to ensure the presence and image of products at the point of sale in the area in charge
- Ensure the successful achievement of the company's sales goals nationwide.
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers and partners.
- Responsible for the sales area Vietnam regarding turnover, take care of the market and the sales strategies.
- Responsible for the profitable order result
- Acquisition of new customers and analysis of the market
- Definition and clarification of customer requirements, prepare quotation
- Communication with production for order clarification
- Traveling within the region
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
- Keeping up to date with products and competitors
- Manage, develop, coach, control and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieve and monthly sales target and KPI target are met.
3. Perform other tasks as assigned by CEO
Yêu cầu
- Education: Bachelor's degree or Master degree in relevant discipline.
- Related experiences:
+ At least eight years of experience in the same position or higher.
+ Experience in senior management position.
+ Preferably over 10 years of experience in management level, F&B, Coffee business and Franchising.
- Essential Capabilities:
+ Strong communication with excellent negotiation skills and team management skills
+ Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast‐paced work environment.
+ Possess strong leadership to lead change management and strong strategic moves.
+ Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives, partners, and the workforce.
+ Understanding of human resources and personnel management.
+ Active, strong leadership, responsibilities, and proven negotiation skills
+ Ability to inspire confidence and create trust.
+ Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload and delegate effectively
- 2nd Language ability: Proficient in English
- Computer skills: MS Office
- Additional notes: Travel is required
