THE POSITION
We are looking for a Commercial Product Manager to drive the next phase of growth and innovation for our digital platform. The Platform (Autopix) delivers photo editing as a 'service' and we anticipate it will build volume over time to be the biggest distribution channel/solution offered by the business in the future (within 2 years).
This role sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, and customer experience, ensuring that product development decisions directly contribute to engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
You will play a key role in shaping the platform's commercial success - prioritizing initiatives that deliver measurable ROI, enhancing the user experience, and building features that our clients value most.
This position is ideal for someone who combines strategic commercial acumen with a solid understanding of SaaS product management, and who thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive Product Growth: Define and execute growth strategies that increase user engagement, retention, and monetization of the platform.
- Align IT Development with Business Value: Collaborate with Product, IT, and Commercial teams to prioritize development work based on ROI and strategic impact.
- Monetization Strategy: Identify opportunities to improve profitability and product-led revenue growth.
- User Experience & Retention: Champion an exceptional user journey through continuous improvement of UI/UX and platform usability.
- Market & Competitor Intelligence: Lead analysis of competitors and market trends to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Define KPIs, analyze performance metrics, and use insights to refine the product roadmap.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Align cross-functional teams on key product initiatives and ensure clear communication between commercial and technical stakeholders.
Yêu cầu
- 3-5 years' experience in Product Management within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
- Proven experience driving commercial growth outcomes - monetization, adoption, or retention.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, market positioning, and customer value creation.
- Solid grasp of technical concepts and comfort working closely with IT development teams (coding experience not required, but understanding desirable).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate ROI, define priorities, and use data to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Experience conducting competitor analysis and transforming insights into actionable strategy.
- A proactive, commercially focused mindset - equally comfortable in strategic discussions and hands-on execution.
Working time: Mon-Fri, Flexible working hour
