We're looking for a Communication Project Management who can go beyond traditional PR, someone who can handle integrated projects across PR, social, KOLs, and publishers, while maintaining high-quality delivery for premium clients.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys ownership, works independently, and is ready to grow into a bigger role in a lean, high-performing environment.
🎯 What you'll be doing
1. Client Service & Project Coordination
• Handle day-to-day client communication
• Manage timelines, expectations, and deliverables
• Coordinate across internal teams, partners, and clients
• Ensure projects are delivered smoothly and on time
2. Execution (PR, Integrated Coordination)
• Execute PR deliverables (press releases, media materials...)
• Coordinate with social and KOL teams to ensure aligned execution
• Follow up on timelines and deliverables across channels
• Maintain quality control across all outputs
3. Planning, Reporting & Optimization
• Handle proposal development and strategic planning
• Translate client briefs into clear execution plans
• Prepare reports (media coverage, campaign performance, summaries, ect)
• Extract insights and recommend improvements
4. Media & Publisher Management
• Work with existing media network
• Manage media engagement and coverage tracking
• Coordinate with publishers (e.g. VnExpress, Znews, Bazaar) for PR placements
• Handle booking, content alignment, and publishing timelines
5. Budgeting, Quotation & Cost Optimization
• Prepare quotations and cost estimates for projects
• Work with internal teams and partners to align budgets
• Track campaign spending and ensure cost efficiency throughout execution
• Monitor budgets vs. actuals to maintain profitability
• Proactively optimize costs to ensure profit efficiency while maintaining quality
👤 Who we're looking for
• -2-4 years of experience in PR / Account / Communication roles
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fields
• Background in agency is a strong advantage
• Previous experience in Account, PR, or Planning roles is preferred
• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility
• Solid PR background; exposure to social/KOL is a plus
• Good client service mindset and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent in English (writing & speaking) is a must
• Strong PowerPoint skills (clean, structured, persuasive)
• Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently in a flexible environment
• Based in Saigon
• Owns a laptop for work
• Open to business travel when required
