Mô tả công việc
• Establishment and revision of compliance and related regulations;
• Report to Management and work closely with Internal audit team for supporting business operations;
• Keep the up-to-date regulatory and legislative change such as the circulars and e-mail correspondence issued by SBV or other concerned parties etc.;
• Review KYC and CDD checking by business units and assist to deal with other AML/CTF issues;
• Conduct daily transaction surveillance and review;
• Assist to perform quality control testing on KYC, Transaction monitoring or sanction screening;
• Assist to prepare compliance reports and provide support to management and other business units;
• Assist in revising and updating all the relevant internal compliance and control policies;
• Assist to prepare notice, reports or return to the regulators on regular basis or ad hoc basis in responding to all regulators' enquiries;
• Provide support on all the administrative works related to the compliance function.
Yêu cầu
• Over 5 years of related experience, Minimum of 3 years' practical experience in Vietnam banking industry.
• Compliance, AML related experience in a sizable financial institutional or professional firm.
• Bachelor's degree in Law, Accounting or related discipline applicable to finance and/or regulation, but not essential.
• Keep in depth with regulations in banking sector.
• Be familiar with the regulations of banking products and services.
• AML related qualification (e.g. AAMLP) or equivalent is preferable.
• Strong numerical skills, competence with MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Proficient in Vietnamese and either English is a must.
• Preference will be given to those who are proficient in spoken and written Korean.
• Attention to details and adherence to strict rules, standards and critical deadlines.
• Willing to learn, positive working attitude, self-motivated, well organized and presented, independent with good communications skills at all level.
