Responsibilities
• Update Vietnam regulations and monitor factory compliance with Vietnam laws and customer Code of Conduct requirements
• Possess strong knowledge of Buyer Code of Conduct such as PVH, Ralph Lauren, Better Work, Higg FEM, FDM, GSV, etc.
• Have strong understanding of CSR systems, Vietnam Labor Code, environmental requirements, and health & safety standards
• Conduct factory assessments based on customer Code of Conduct and Vietnam labor regulations
• Coordinate with related departments to improve and maintain compliance systems
• Work with customers, auditors, and authorities when required
• Make sure all aspects of the company policies and practices are complied
Yêu cầu
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in related fields
• Experience in Compliance/CSR within garment manufacturing companies
• Strong understanding of international audit standards and buyer requirements
• Experience working for Better Work is a plus
• Good analytical, evaluation, and training skills
• Good English communication skills, especially for working with customers and auditors

Working Location: Hanoi & Bac Giang, Vietnam (company provide accommodation if the candidate needs to relocate or can sit in Hanoi office and travel to the factory at least 3-4times a week )
