Construction Engineer (Quantity Surveyor/bim/) - Fresher

Quantity Surveyor:
- Reading and understanding construction drawings.
- Being trained wood and light gauge steel framing (US market) and do take-off all Simpson products from approval drawings & design calculation.
- Develop engineering calculations in Concrete and Wood framing.
- Will discuss more detailed in the interview.
BIM Engineer:
* 85% of time in supplying BIM services:
- Comply the company's general procedures as well as specific work processes of the team according to the assignment, evaluation and management of work results from the direct supervisor.
- Listen, respond, communicate promptly about the received information, seeking support from direct superior, peers, or using available resources to solve all of the difficulties in the job consist of clarification of customer requirements, estimate time, technical issues, update progress.
- Identify the causes of the problem, try to propose solutions. Present and explain the problem solving approach to direct superior through verbal explanation or text in a clear and concise manner.
- Accomplish Jobstart and Base Plan jobs by required software (Vertex BD or AutoCAD Architecture or Revit), in scope of team's responsibilities, with a great support from direct superior.
- Check the accuracy of the drawings by yourself before requesting a final check from direct superior.
- Accomplish Optioning for basic tasks in Vertex BD / ACA / Revit software on assigned projects.
- Update and report daily work progress to direct superior through direct communication, PMA and Smartsheet.
- Perform or coordinate as directed by direct superior in timely review of quality management reports (including NCR, DLR) to solve root causes thoroughly and effectively. Learn from errors and do not repeat errors that have occurred.
- Participate in (connect with and be assigned by direct superior) inter-departmental coordination to accomplish customer's requirements in a professional manner.
- Proactively improve wood framing knowledge, applicable building standards, as well as Vertex BD / ACA / Revit software and related software for your work.
- Comply the company policies, training programs and meetings upon request.
