Construction Management - Location: HCM + Ha Noi

Management Support
- Support Project manager in project management, performing necessary work to ensure the project is under control;
- Set up the planning, implementation and monitoring stages of the project;
- Coordinate with relevant parties to carry out instruction of PM;
- Manage/introduce and train under staffs;
Technical work
- Read and understand drawing deeply, point out unreasonable points in drawings;
- Understand construction progress deeply, negotiate with contractor/ consultant to find out best construction method in specific jobs;
- Check and compare Project's achievement with plan;
Document Works
- Manage project documents, including storing, organizing and updating necessary documents.
- Check project documents and payment documents.
Reporting Works
- Manage and prepare regular and unscheduled reports during project implementation.
- Coordinate with relevant divisions/departments to ensure reports are completed on time and accurately.
Communication and Coordination
- Lead in contact with contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure project information is communicated accurately and promptly.
- Host project meetings and review meeting minutes with PM
Other tasks
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Manager to effectively support the project.
