1. Communication planning:
• Take lead media planning - optimization - measurement process for HNK key brands
• Align Media briefs and objectives with brand team to ensure they are in accordance with brand plans approvals
• Interface with Media Agency and brand team to ensure proper follow up in media flowcharts, quality of planning and buying
• Follow up for adjusted the media concept plans when there is any changes (down rating / decrease KPI, client's change marketing / media plan...)
• Evaluate booking plan across channels: TV - Digital - Mobile - OOH - Print
• Measurement of media placement based on KPIs to ensure its effectiveness & efficiency
• Deploy aligned OOH strategy & follow-up OOH planning & buying process
2. OOH Planning & Deployment
• Develop OOH Annual strategic plan for each brand & portfolio addressing brand J2BD & business KPI.
• Strong commercial acumen with the confidence to apply & translate from strategy into deployment.
• Working closely with the media supervisor to develop strategic channel/media approaches that routinely impress and excite HVN brand owners.
• Managing and mentoring the associate planner in gathering creative spec data, developing insertion orders, trafficking and monitoring campaigns
• Expertly developing and making smart list recommendations and effectively utilizing media research tools and resources to aid in buy recommendations and campaign development.
• Developing close working relationships with vendors, as well as managing cross-departmental issues/questions regarding campaign execution
• Analyzing campaign results to highlight key learnings - and translating those learnings into concise, actionable recommendations so that we can push our work to be even more outstanding
• Manage budget by campaign & by channel to be on track with finalized Campaign Media Plan & annual media budgets.
• Budget monitoring and updates to Business Controller and Brand Leads for budget controlling of the section
3. Social KOL branding & Social commerce
Social Branding & Commerce Strategy:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive social commerce strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
• Identify and evaluate suitable livestream platforms, including TikTok, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and others, to reach the target audience effectively.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and innovations in social commerce to optimize strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
Campaign Management and Implementation
• Develop product model/ solution (at function level) and coordinate with operation teams to implement solution strategy: MCNs, creative, KOLs, media, ecom,
trade marketing, sales operation, etc.
• Research and build a solution marketing framework and best practices to address all HVN brands needs on Tiktok
• Lead and influence agency to update the latest trends/ insights related to the solution field and innovate.
• Be able to manage function performance as a product function level: acquisition, product portfolio, monetization.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate marketing strategies 'performance, including evaluating brand performance and optimizing marketing strategies.
• Support solution head to develop Go To Market strategy.
• Plan and manage performance to maximize P&L of the solution.
Measurement & learning:
• Develop reporting & optimization workflow on social listening for all social KOL communities related topics
• Define WOW to turn social listening tool into a tool for identify insights for planning new campaign.
• Define social listening tracking model & package and ensure all related preparation in place for deployment & management.
4. Partnership Management:
• Manage global JBP on key benefits & spending to ensure deployments
• Collaborate with key partners to develop & testing new solution/ innovation to drive growth for HVN business.
• Build up report analysis structure to keep track on media KPI
• Building up and maintain the strategic partnership with Media partners/suppliers. Evaluating partnership sponsoring packages
• Update trends in the market: new branding marketing activities, new commercials, new regulations on branding marketing, etc. & recommend suitable innovation for our brands.
• Response for ad-hoc requests from brand teams.
