1. Leadership and Management (70%):
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy for owned-media (Facebook page, TikTok), and paid-media (Facebook group seeding, Influencer & Tiktoker)
Oversee the planning, production, and scheduling of content to ensure consistency, quality and timeline.
Lead, mentor, and manage resources including content
marketing executive, content intern, agencies, and freelancers... fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Monitor team performance, provide feedback, do monthly report, and identify areas for development.
Collaborate with other stakeholders (Example: Brand, Design). And ensure all content adheres to brand guidelines and voice.
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and
digital marketing.
2. Content Creation and Execution (30%):
Participate in the creation of engaging and high-quality content for Facebook and TikTok, including videos, posts, and stories.
Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to optimize content performance.
Yêu cầu
1. Education:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2. Experiences:
Proven experience (3+ years) in social media management, particularly on Facebook and TikTok.
Previous experience in a leadership role (1+ years), with strong team management skills.
Must have experience in Professional Service (F&B, Retail) or Mom & Kids industry.
3. Skills:
Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in social media management tools.
Experience with Photoshop, Canva, ChatGPT is a plus.
4. Others:
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Have ownership, enthusiastic and proactive spirit at work
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
