Act as an onsite contact point to perform coordination activities between Lab and our client
Coordinate with internal departments such as Laboratory, Quality Assurance from local and overseas Lab offices for workable technical proposals so as to satisfy our client's requirement
Follow up with laboratory test results and provide timely feedback to our client
Handle administration tasks such as checking and uploading document to online platform & system
Handle enquiries & complaints and maintain good relationship with our client
Monitor the daily operations of our client's projects and the implementation of new procedures-
Collect updated market intelligence
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Yêu cầu
Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
1 year experience in customer services field is preferred
Very good in written and spoken English and Chinese preferred.
High sense of responsibility
Customer oriented with good communication
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Hand-on skills in MS Word & Excel
