* Responsible for developing and maintaining corporate clients with needs related to MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, Events) in order to maximize revenue from group and event business for the hotel.

Business Development- Identify, approach, and develop relationships with corporate clients, companies, organizations, and associations for MICE business opportunities.
- Prepare and implement monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales plans to achieve targets.
- Create and present quotations, proposals, and contracts based on client requirements.
- Negotiate and close deals, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure smooth event execution.
* Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate clients and develop new accounts.
- Conduct post-event follow-ups, collect feedback, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Send thank-you letters, offer special promotions, and build long-term loyalty.
* Internal Coordination
- Work closely with Banquet, Events, F&B, Front Office, and Housekeeping teams to ensure successful event operations.
- Attend event planning and briefing meetings to ensure all details are aligned.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to the Director of Sales & Marketing or Senior
Sales Manager- Bachelor's degree or higher (preferably in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or Marketing).
- At least 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales or MICE sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and customer service skills.
- Good command of English (other languages are a plus).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Professional appearance, dynamic, and able to work under pressure.
