Sales manager is the person responsible for leading and coaching a team of stores. A sales manager's tasks include assigning sales territories, setting quotas, mentoring the members of her sales team, assigning sales training, building a sales plan, and managing sales people. Sales manager thus, often face with high pressure stress while managing the team while engaging with customers. However, the skills and knowledge are the key of upfront operation of our brand. Therefore, the more achieved, the more will be respected.
* In charge of the overall sales activities and productivity performance of the store including but not to limited weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly sales target and plan, set up budget, managing stock level, and regularly contacting customers
* Supervise store team to strive towards excellence in customer service as established in the strategic plan
* Provide sales training and coaching to improve employee performance and retention
* Ensure that all stores are merchandised according to brand guidelines
* Work closely with the internal team to best promote the brand's products and to maintain top visual and merchandise display
* Work closely with supply management team to control accurate stock flow level
* Review shipment information for dispersal to stores
* Monitor store expenditure versus budgets and to achieve maximum ROI while reducing expenditure
* Create seasonal activity plans, by door, in conjunction with Brand Manager and corporate calendar
* Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of activity and devise strategies for developing business for discussion with Brand Manager
* Negotiate and work close along with the department store floor and sales managers to operate events or brand marketing
* Ensure regular relevant market intelligence to maintain brand improvement
* Implement sales promotional and marketing activities in accordance with strategy
* Flexible with work schedule with weekend or unexpected event
* Other tasks amended by Brand Manager
Yêu cầu
* Candidate must possess a diploma or degree in retail or any related field
* Minimum 2-3 years of Retail experience within the skincare/beauty space
* Passion for skincare and beauty with a strong leadership ability
* Strong ability and love to interact with customers
* Embedded mind of customer service
* Able to control high-pressured stress
* Excellent command of spoken and written English
