Cost Accountant (Hung Yen Manufacturing Factory) - Salary: 15 - 18 Million VND

We seek an experienced, detail-oriented, certified cost accountant to join our finance team at Makino Company Vietnam Co., Ltd.
The candidate will work in Hanoi for 1 year while waiting for the Hung Yen factory to be completed.
As a cost accountant, you will collect, analyse and report on cost accounting data. This includes preparing standard cost reports, monitoring inventory levels, cost comparisons, product costing analysis, tracking variances and making journal entries.

1) Setup and monitor the accumulation of all direct labour, overhead and other manufacturing-related expenses;
2) Perform product cost simulation for management decision making;
3) Compute and update standard product costs, review of BOMs and routing for cost roll up;
4) Perform monthly closing activities including work order closure analysis, purchase price variance, scrap analysis and inventory reconciliation etc.
5) Participate in physical inventory counts to ensure the accuracy of inventory records.
6) Preparing of monthly periodic and ad hoc management reports;
7) Ad hoc product cost projects as request by management
