Cost & Credit Control Manager

Key Responsibilities:
• Control on operation costs, hotel costs, F&B costs of all ships operating in relevant destinations.
• Control all cash books/Bank accounts - both expenses and daily sales.
• Control on Monthly count Inventory & cash on hand on ship.
Job Description:
• Lead cost control activities to manage and reduce expenses.
• Supervise and coordinate personnel involved in receiving, storing, issuing, and accounting for food, beverages, and general supplies, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with the operations and purchasing team to identify opportunities for revenue maximization and cost savings.
• Provide leadership with cost of sales information to support cost control and maximise profits while maintaining high quality and service standards.
• Deliver periodic statistical and analytical reports on revenue and expenses to the management team.
• Daily Sales Receipt Recording: Follow up daily sales receipts and ensure they are accurately recorded in the system.
• Liaise with customers to follow up on overdue payments, ensuring timely collection of receivables.
