越南駐區總經理 Country Manager Vietnam

工作職位描述/Job Description
1. 設立當地法人,建立團隊並組職運營。/Setting up the legal entity, building up the team and operating from scratch.
2. 負責建立越南物流中心(建立倉庫,人員與設備統籌越南當地銷售及公司品牌推廣,...) /In charge of Logistics Center set up (warehouse, team and equipment, overall planning on local sales and brands development in Vietnam market...).
3. 配合總公司及各地子公司建立國際物流網絡。/Coordinate with headquarters and group companies to build up international logistics networks.
4. 負責公司營運損益,市場調查,業務開展,選倉評估,供應鏈與總務,人事管理。/In charge of company P&L, market research, business development, warehouse hunting & assessment, supply chain management and GA & HR management.
5. 全面統籌管理內部工作,控制管理成本和人工成本,降本增效。/Manage the internal works , control and reduce management and labor costs to increase the efficiency.
6. 定期組織會議,制定工作目標和計畫,協調解決各小組問題和困難。/Organize periodic meetings, set up working targets and plans, coordinate and solve the problems and difficulties with related parties.
7. 做好團隊建設,制定人才培養和人才儲備計畫,做好內部組長和員工的績效考核工作。/Team build up , set up talent training and reserving plans, and conduct the performance assessment of team leaders and staffs.
