What You'll Be Doing
As a Courier, you'll be the face of FedEx, providing exceptional customer service while ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely, efficiently and on time.
- Delivering and collecting packages safely and on schedule
- Loading and unloading vehicles, including manual handling activities
- Providing outstanding customer service and representing the FedEx brand professionally
- Accurately scanning, tracking and managing consignments
- Completing delivery documentation and operational activities
- Working collaboratively with depot teams to achieve daily service commitments
- Following safety procedures and ensuring all deliveries meet FedEx operational standards

What We're Looking For
- Full Australian working rights
- Valid MR (Medium Rigid) Licence
- Clean driving history with a maximum of 6 demerit points in the last 3 years
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and following procedures
- Positive, customer-focused attitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous delivery, transport or logistics experience highly regarded
- Ability to perform manual handling and physical duties as required
You must also be able to successfully complete:
- Criminal history check
- Drug and alcohol screening
- Driving assessment
- Medical and fitness assessment
