Creative Event Planner

Job Description:
· Research and analyze client briefs to understand objectives, target audience, and key messages.
· Develop creative and unique event/activation ideas that align with market trends and the client's budget.
· Create detailed concepts, scripts, and proposals, including activities, content, and creative elements
· Working close with other departments such as Account, Production, and Creative to ensure ideas can be executed effectively.
· Directly present ideas and proposals to clients, answer questions, and persuade them to choose the company's concepts.
Job Requirement:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role at an event/ communication/ advertising agency.
· Preference for candidates with knowledge of Marketing and Branding.
· Must be familiar with the event/activation working environment.
· Proven experience in developing ideas and writing proposals for various types of events (launch event, conferences, exhibitions, year-end parties, activations, etc.).
· Must demonstrate excellent professional written communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
· Must be able to work under pressure on a variety of tasks and meet deadlines.

· Creative thinking, with the ability to grasp market trends and consumer psychology.
· Shrewd common sense and commercial awareness;
· Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas to clients.
· Strong ability to write clear, logical, and compelling proposals.
· Team working skills with the ability to listen to, and be sensitive to, consumers, clients and colleagues;
· Time management and the ability to work well under pressure.
· Proficiency in office software (PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, Word).
· Prioritize candidates who have researched and regularly use AI to maximize working efficiency
