Key Responsibilities
Manage the assigned portfolio of Creators, ensuring effective and long-term collaboration.
Accompany Creators throughout Livestreams, Video Content, and other activities on the TikTok platform.
Act as the coordination point between Creators and internal departments to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and with quality.
Track timelines, support the handling of arising issues, and ensure Creators have a good collaboration experience throughout deployment.
Track Creator performance, consolidate results, and proactively propose solutions to improve collaboration effectiveness.
Stay updated on new trends on TikTok and in the Creator Economy to help Creators develop suitable content.
Report deployment results and related metrics as required by management.
Candidate Requirements
At least 02 years of experience in MCN, Influencer Marketing, Creator Management, KOL Booking, or artist management.
Candidates with experience at an MCN or Influencer Marketing Agency, or who have worked as an Artist Assistant, are preferred.
Experience working directly with Creators, KOLs/KOCs, or Talents.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Livestream, and the Creator Economy ecosystem.
Good communication, relationship-building, and situation-handling skills.
Proactive, flexible, and able to coordinate effectively with multiple departments.
Passionate about the Social Commerce environment and always up to date with new Creator Economy trends.
