Roles & Responsibilities
- Leading CS group to co-operate with other sections to audit & follow up action plan.
- Quality Management System review/ Audit regularly
- ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO45001 & ISO 14001 review/Audit
- Coordinator for Customer Audit/visit for system and customer requirement correspondence
- Managing and handling customer's complaint and customer's problem, corrective and preventive action report & send to customer
- RoHS requirement review. Request supplier about ROHS data, summary & submit ROHS data to customer and Control RoHS quality activities at factory
- Control/ Summary CR (Change Request) data of customer for new model/ change points & submit to customer.
Authority
- Decision making for internal audit evaluation.
- Answer questions, handle complaints, and provide customer support regarding products/services.
- Represent the business, build relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Evaluate the performance of team members.
Yêu cầu
- Education: University graduated (Technical university is preferable)
- 5 year working in QA/QC (factory manufacture about electronic field)
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO45001 & ISO 14001,
- 3-5 year working experience related to Quality Management
- Office management skills
- Auditing skills & Communication skills
- Customer Specific Requirements.
