Mô tả công việc
- Manage and supervise all customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance with regulations.
- Handle customs finalization (liquidation) and prepare settlement reports in accordance with regulations.
- Prepare and review customs documentation for import/export shipments.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Logistics, Production, Accounting) and external parties (customs authorities, forwarders).
- Monitor and update changes in customs regulations and ensure compliance.
- Manage and train team members to improve performance and efficiency.
- Handle issues related to customs clearance and provide solutions.
- Prepare reports and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Yêu cầu
- College degree or above in Logistics or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a Supervisor role in manufacturing companies.
- Strong experience in customs clearance, customs liquidation, and settlement reporting.
- Fluent in English
- Advanced Excel skills and good data handling ability.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
