The major responsibility is to Initiate sales with potential customers over the phone.

Job Descriptions:
• Conduct outbound calls and use social platforms to personally welcome newly registered customers & use closing techniques to persuade customers to purchase our product.
• Develop and execute strategies to work on finding a potential customer through various channels including call and social media to boost sales.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competition to adjust strategies accordingly to achieve monthly target.
• Seek feedback from customers to have sight on their participation journey, keep record of insights to optimize future acquisition strategies.
• Handling acknowledging rejections and provide alternative approach even in difficult situations.

Yêu cầu
• Education level: Intermediate Degree/The Degree of Associate/Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and basic in English.
• Experience: Candidates with entry level are welcome to apply, while experience in sales will be an added advantage.
• Basic proficiency of Microsoft Office products in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening. Great interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels.
• Adaptability and Fast-Paced Environment: Effective team players who like to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Results-Driven: Results-driven with a focus on meeting and exceeding monthly acquisition targets.
• Confident, enthusiastic, professional, and pro-active approach.
• Language: Fluent in Vietnamese and basic in English.
