1) Customer Consultation & Sales Conversion
Handle customer inquiries from walk-ins, hotline, and
digital marketing leads.
Consult customers on dental services (Implants, Orthodontics, General Dentistry, etc.), clearly explaining:
Treatment plans
Estimated costs
Payment options / promotions
Build trust and confidence with customers throughout the consultation process.
Close treatment plans and convert consultations into confirmed treatments.
Monitor and improve conversion rate from lead → booking → treatment.
2) Customer Relationship Management
Manage assigned customer pipeline and lead database effectively.
Proactively follow up via calls/messages to:
Re-consult customers
Remind appointments
Encourage customers to proceed with treatment
Build strong customer relationships to improve retention and repeat visits.
3) Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Dentists, Clinic teams, and Marketing to ensure accurate consultation and smooth customer experience.
Understand treatment plans thoroughly to provide clear and trustworthy consultation.
Coordinate effectively to increase sales conversion opportunities.
4) Performance & KPI Management
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly targets, including:
Revenue targets
Number of consultations
Conversion rate
Customer retention rate
Prepare periodic reports on:
Personal sales revenue
Conversion performance
Customer pipeline status
5) Customer Care & Service Excellence
Arrange and follow up customer appointments.
Support customers before - during - after treatment.
Receive and resolve customer feedback professionally.
Maintain complete and accurate customer records in the system.
College degree or above.
Good communication skills in Vietnamese and English (spoken & written).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales /
Telesales / Customer Consulting, preferably in:
Healthcare
Dental clinics
Aesthetic / beauty industry
Premium service industries
Strong skills in:
Customer consultation
Persuasion & relationship building
Sales closing
Objection handling
Service-oriented mindset with strong business/result orientation.
Comfortable working under KPI / sales targets.
