Mô tả công việc
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer services inquires and solve issues arising from customers/ forwarders/ third-parties relating to the order processing, if any.
- Send quotations & catalogs, preparing contracts/ other certificates/confirmation notifications if client requested.
- After receiving deposit/ payment, record the sales order in the internal operation system, collaborate with Logistics Department to place orders from factories (if any), and follow-up sales orders.
- Send arrival notice & payment request reminders to clients.
- Collaborate with Storekeepers to arrange delivery after receiving full payment with related documentations
- Receive claim/ warranty requests, send to relating Departments & response to customers about claim resolution.
Assist the Sales Department in the implementation of marketing programs, sales promotion for the slow moving products.
Other work assigned, if any.
Yêu cầu
Knowledge & Working experiences
Bachelor's Degree.
At least 1 year of working experience.
Experience in document preparation and management.
Logistics background is prefered.
Foreign Language & Computer Skills
Fluent in English communication skills (writing and speaking).
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Working skills
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Time management skill.
Ability to present business ideas in friendly language.
Problem Sensitivity - problem-identifying and problem-solving skill.
Good communication, active listening.
Ability to persuade, negotiation and influence others.
