Answer customer inquiries on Alibaba and via email.
Help customers with questions about products, orders, shipping, etc.
Follow up on customer requests and complaints until resolved.
Work with internal teams (production, logistics, quality) to solve issues.
Keep records of all customer interactions.

Additional Requirements for Alibaba Customer Service:
Ability to handle inquiries from international buyers and suppliers professionally.
Familiar with Alibaba interface, dashboard, and basic trade functions (RFQ, Trade Assurance, chat tools).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think independently.
Capable of multitasking and managing multiple chats/orders at the same time.
Attention to detail, especially when checking order information, product specs, and buyer messages.
Ability to work under pressure during peak hours or promotional seasons.
Willing to learn about product knowledge to support customers effectively.
Basic understanding of international trade terms (MOQ, FOB, EXW, lead time...) is a plus.
Teamwork spirit and good communication attitude.
Willing to work in shifts if required.
