Mô tả công việc
Our mortgage broking network is seeking a Finance Supporter assistant with strong Finance experience or Accountant experience and great English to help our broker with processes loan applications, customer servicing collecting loan documents and liaising with lenders via phone calls and email.
Yêu cầu
Working time:
- 5:30AM-2:30PM (Monday to Friday) and a haft day Saturday 6AM-10AM (if needed)
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Excellent English skill verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills is a MUST.
- Excellent attention to detail is a MUST.
- A finance background or accountant background is preferred.
- A genuine interest in people with a desire to learn and build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Efficient, self-motivated individual with positive energy.
- The drive to work in a fast-paced successful environment.
- Problem-solving skills with the capability to meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills.
Your Responsibilities:
. Prepare loan applications and Data entry, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
. Work alongside Mortgage Broker to process loan application and submit Apply Online, lodge application to lender recommended by Mortgage Broker
. Collect supporting documents, ensure bank statements are in correct dates, and submit loan applications while ensuring the completeness and accuracy of supporting documents.
. Efficiently manage client data within CRM systems, navigating the loan portal 'Apply Online' for application submissions.
. Verify documentation for accuracy, validity, and compliance with policies and legislation, ensuring thorough understanding of loan products and policies.
. Interact with customers to obtain all required deal information.
. Action missing information and conditional approval lender requests.
. Communicating with customers, Buyers Agents and Conveyancers to update them on the status of applications up until Settlement.
. Perform basic income calculations, assist with loan sign-ups, conduct initial borrower appraisals, and prepare annual review meetings for clients.
. Provide exceptional service, verify supporting loan documentation, follow up on incomplete documentation, and maintain regular client communication.
. Manage the client experience from application to settlement.
. Develop a thorough understanding of loan products and policies.
