Mô tả công việc
• Coordinate and communicate with customers/partners/departments to execute air export/import shipments as assigned by the H.O.D
• Input shipment data into the company's internal system or that of partners/customers
• Track, trace and report shipment schedules to customers/partners
• Send invoices to customers on a periodic/weekly/monthly basis
• Address issues and requests related to customers' shipments
• Report work progress to the direct leader as required
• Perform other tasks as assigned by H.O.D
Yêu cầu
Requirements:
• Age: 20-26
• Graduation from a college or university in
Economics/Logistics/Language.
• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Responsible, eager to learn, progressive, and willing to challenge oneself.
• Proficiency in English, office software, and communication skills.
