Mô tả công việc

- Support on-site training for LDS staffs about service skills and management (Korean culture, welcome customer)
- Prepare and undertake training for brand staff
- Receive and solve complaint from customer via direct, phones, emails, social media
- Collect feedback of customer after solving complaints
- Find out service problem, attitude issues when LDS staffs and brand staff interacting with customers
- Daily check duties: hygiene, displayed product, LDS staffs and brand staff performance, MVG, Service Lounge, Information, POP, MD and re-guide brand how to improve
- Plan, make and support events, promotions at MVG Lounge
- Provide assistances & information to VIP/MVG customers at MVG Lounge.
- Make and check monthly reports according to regulations on spending, revenue, ect.

Yêu cầu

- Bachelor, prefer people who learn the relevant professionals
- At least 01 year of experiences, prefer practical experience related to distribution and retail
- To have the creativity, good relationship skills that can accept advanced culture
- Good communication skills both Vietnamese and English
- Various demand of clients, pressure to deal with complaints
- High level of analytical ability and problem solving skills
- Customer-centric service-minded people with ethics
