- Respond to and manage customer inquiries through online channels (Email, website, social media).
- Evaluate individual issues and take appropriate actions to meet customer needs.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to update information and devise suitable solutions for handling order requests within the internal system.
- Contribute to the development and management of the customer service plan.
- Prepare regular reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
- Perform tasks related to customer service, including data collection, surveys, consulting, and identifying opportunities to upsell products.
- Carry out other related tasks as assigned by management.
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, completing tasks on time.
- Proficient in both Vietnamese and English across all four skills: listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
- Flexible in handling situations.
- Proactive with strong negotiation and persuasion skills, enthusiasm, meticulousness, calmness, and patience.
- Salary range: Negotiable
- Working time: 9 am - 6 pm, Mon - Fri
