Customer Service Executive

The function of this role is to provide efficient handling and timely execution of the orders involving a wide range of packaging, Tank, and modalities of a large variety of commodities including gases, chemicals, and other liquids. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will work closely with our teammates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Responsible for recording the information of all TCL shipments on Cargo wise in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with documents and reports extracted from Cargo wise.
· Provide customers and other stakeholders with excellent and personalized customers service, meeting and exceeding their KPI and expectations.
· Coordinate with truckers, shipping carriers and other vendors to ensure timely execution of orders.
· Proactively identify and address potential issues or risks related to customer orders.
· Carry out procurement and provide quotations in a timely manner at the request of customers.
· Monitor and follow-up on potential orders and bookings.
· Prepare reports based on customers' requirements.
· Proactively respond to customer enquiries with the intent of providing customer satisfaction and retention
· Ensure all events of orders such as booking details are updated promptly.
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge with port systems and any other related shipping systems.
· Prepare shipping documents such as booking notes, confirmation, reports, schedules, invoices, B/L and Notice of Arrival with system recording.
· Pricing, checking and providing quotation from vendors and carriers.
· Develop and maintain a professional and ethical working relation with colleagues.
· Any other duties as assigned by Tanks & Chemical Logistics Manager
