- Receive and handle customer complaints via direct contact, phone, email, and social media; report and follow up promptly for resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve customer issues and collect feedback after resolution.
- Conduct Service Mind training for new Brand staff; update training materials and develop new service training courses and documents.
- Manage Brand staff status and related data.
- Monitor service quality across customer contact points, including Cashier, Information Desk, Service Lounge, Kid's Lounge, AvenueL Lounge, and other service areas.
- Conduct daily checks on Brand staff's appearance, performance, and hygiene, and provide guidance for improvement.
- Prepare reports and service campaigns as required by the Customer Service Manager.
Yêu cầu
Working schedule: 5 days per week, working on a rotating shift basis:
Shift 1 ([protected info])
Shift 2 (14:00-22:00)
Shift 3 (11:00-19:00)
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Retail, Hospitality, Airline, or related fields. Internship experience is accepted.
- English: Intermediate level or above (Required); Korean is a plus.
- Strong customer service and service mindset.
- Good complaint handling and training skills.
