Mô tả công việc
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns via email or other communication channels.
Assist customers in resolving issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate complex issues to the relevant department.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

3rd or 4th student from a relevant field of study (e.g., business administration, marketing, communications, or related field).
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good at English skills.
