Job Description
Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for a Sales Executive (Chinese & English Speaking, $1300, ID16293)
Prepare contracts, commercial documents, payment dossiers, and coordinate with customers regarding delivery schedules and payment terms; prepare order reports and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
Support trading activities for aluminum coils, aluminum sheets, aluminum ingots, steel products, and other metal products under the guidance of management.
Participate in researching, collecting information, and monitoring the investment process for an aluminum manufacturing plant project in Vietnam.
Assist in preparing legal documents, licenses, certificates, and other required documentation for factory establishment and joint venture activities.
Receive, communicate, negotiate, and coordinate with local and Chinese business partners.
Research and prepare reports on import/export duties, customs regulations, and trade statistics related to relevant products and markets.
Translate business and technical documents between Vietnamese and Chinese.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Report directly to the Korean General Director and/or the Vietnamese Deputy General Director.
Requirement
Male or female, 25-35 years old.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Documentation/Import-Export roles.
Candidates with experience in the construction materials, steel, iron, aluminum, or metal products industry are preferred.
Proficient in both Chinese and English
