Dream Job Alert! $1800++/month salary awaits! We're hiring a Customer Service Manager (Garment, ID 17574) for a foreign investment company:
Verify that the computer science team is adhering to the Direc Deal SOPs and fulfilling the performance requirements that were agreed upon with TGA.
Take responsibility for clarifying and confirming product requirements for new style samples and coomunicating these to the sample room
Assemble cross-functional teams to ensure new or special requirements for existing customers are properly understood and can be handled by the factory
Giving clients on-demand status updates throughout the manufacturing process
Talk to suppliers and fabric sourcing to address the issue of late deliveries. Manage logistics to schedule shipping and notify clients of these plans to ensure on-time delivery.
Hold the necessary IEs responsible for accurately, completely, and promptly communicating customer orders to the relevant departments and for following up to ensure comprehension.
Requirement
Female/ Male. Under 45 years old
University degree in related major
10 years of experience as a Customer Service Manager and 5 years of experience as a Senior Manager in a similar position at a garment factory is required
Fluent in English
