iDentalsoft is a software technology solutions company specializing in dental practice management systems. Our core product, iDentalsoft (iDS), is used by dental offices across the United States, representing 95% of our customer base. We provide software, billing services, technical support, and training for dentists and dental office teams. We are expanding and looking for a Customer Service Representative (Night Shift - English) to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
1. Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely support and clarification during their use of the software.
2. Train dentists and dental office staff on how to use the iDS software from A to Z.
3. Perform billing tasks, including adding payments, making calls, sending emails, and submitting reports to U.S. insurance companies to help dental offices process insurance claims.
4. Conduct sales and upselling activities for current and new customers regarding the company's products and services.
5. Provide remote assistant services for dentists and dental offices as needed.
6. Perform accounts receivable tasks, including collecting overdue payments via credit card or bank accounts. At the end of each month and quarter, review and collect payments from customers with failed automatic billing.
7. Provide remote technical support to dental offices for installing software, printers, X-ray machines, intraoral cameras, and troubleshooting related technical issues. Tasks are performed only when customers encounter problems.
Each employee will handle only selected tasks listed above, not the full scope. However, all new hires will receive comprehensive training across all skills and tasks.
Yêu cầu
1. Proficiency in English-both listening and speaking-to communicate effectively with U.S. clients.
Accepted qualifications: English Bachelor's Degree, IELTS, TOEFL, TOEIC, etc. (Mandatory)
2. Ability and willingness to work night shifts.
Prior experience working night shifts is a strong advantage. (Mandatory)
3. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and general office software.
4. Customer service experience in any industry; experience in the technology sector is a plus.
5. Experience in IT/Technology such as macOS, Database/SQL, Networking, or experience in a dental environment is an advantage.
6. College or University graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
7. Degrees in IT, Computer Science,
Software Engineering, Engineering Management, or Technology-related fields are considered a strong plus.
